WebApr 23, 2024 · I've checked the extension mobility logs thru RTMT and it say the login was successful, the syslog says that a device failed to complete the registration process with … WebI have configured it in callmanager and I connect the phone to WiFi and it goes to register with callmanager but recieves a registration rejected message and "An endpoint attempted to register but did not complete registration" syslog message. After the rejection it then drops off wifi completely until I reboot the phone. WebWe might also need to check that call agent and see if there’s an entry for this phone, if there’s not, the registration might be rejected because it could not find a configuration file that was for that phone-specific MAC address.
