Web"Interface Tweaks" mod on steam workshop adds default keybinds to menu entries, so you can see at a glance what key you could press instead of selecting via mouse. Be aware, you have to add that mod from the "mods" list when creating a new world. There might be ways to insert that mod into existing worlds, but I've never tried.
