We may also ask for evidence from a variety of sources, including mainstream services. WebParents may refer their child to Early Childhood Intervention Service. NDIS ECA supports children (birth-6 years) who have a developmental delay or disability. The aim of the NDIS ECA approach is to provide supports to children early.
