Some have said to run straight to the small terminal on the starter but mine only has one large terminal. Tried tapping the wire into the fuse block, a temporary run just to run the motor, but it blew the fuse I was tied in with. WebJun 20, 2010 · This is exactly how your automatic choke is working. When you turn your key to 'RUN', the resistance heater begins to warm the spring and the choke slowly opens.
