While the Mjölner setup accounts for most of our damage, the Cast While Channelling setup in the chest ensures that we spend plenty of mana for the Indigon buff. You can use any Slam Attack: Earthquake, Groundslam, Sunder - it doesn't really matter at first, but it's good to get used to Earthshatter from the start.
