WebMay 4, 2007 · Posted April 25, 2007. You need a better impact wrench. With a good 1/2" drive impact wrench you won't even need to hold the brake. It will just pop right off. If you are having trouble at this point, I highly suggest taking it to a local mechanic to finish the job.
