Dampening may not be needed. The higher the number in the strength setting the longer it takes to build up the force. Your number is to low. I use a moza r5 at 5.5 nm and use around 50 nm strength. And of course make sure your wheel force is set to match your wheel base.

WebCurrently running the GT3 Fer on Road atlanta with 100 FFB (just all recommend settings) in Fanalab and use 7.5 NM in iRacing. I do feel soar after a few races, expecially the next day.. So it might be something you have to get used to. When you hit a cerb so hard you have issues with your wheel, you probably would have crashed either way.
