WebNoteshelf is an awesome app.....but the handwriting experience is not comparable to notability, but my handwriting is anyway very bad so I didn't have a lot of problem with it. One more thing to compare is that it syncs the notes in its traditional .noteshelf (?) file which can't be viewed anywhere else.
