WebNot sure if this topic is still relevant but I'm running a 3 monitor setup (one is my TV) on a RTX2070. On the main monitor it's all fine, full screen works like a charm. If I put a youtube video on the other PC monitor and make it full screen it goes all grey after a few seconds where on the TV it goes just dark, as if it lowers the brightness.
