WebMay 26, 2024 · Stewmac used to make a truss rod repair kit, but it was ultra-expensive (more than a replacement neck) for what it was and is no longer available, I suspect due to the high price and likely limited success. I'm afraid you're going to have to remove the fretboard to remove the truss assembly and replace it. Either that, or fab up a new neck.
